APDANCE

APDANCE Inc. was formed in late 2020 with the idea of bringing contemporary dance to the streets. The artistic director, Anne Parichon-Buoncore, began this project by making dance videos on the streets of New York. Therefore, dancing in unusual places, making contemporary dance a "rebel" dance that is able to provide great freedom, are the founding elements of APDANCE Inc.
Thus the creative process of the company continues to evolve in this direction, and although now having the possibility of performing in theatres, APDANCE Inc. wants to explore unknown territories, to be where we are not expected, to take risks - as much in the style of movements as in the themes tackled or even the places in which our shows take place - and to push the limits of the possible.​ APDANCE Inc. is a project based company located in Brooklyn NY.
